Exemption from Integrated Tax and Compensation Cess on goods imported against AA/EPCG authorizations extended up to 31.03.2022

Exemption from IGST and Compensation Cess was available on goods imported against Advance Authorisation (AA) / Export Promotion of Capital Goods (EPCG) till 31.03.2021. The said exemption has extended till 31.03.2022 vide Notification No. 23/2021-Cus dated 31.03.2021.
